At Dena Moore Law Group, we specialize in family law, including issues involving divorce, legal separation, child custody, visitation, spousal and child support, property division, adoption, and guardianship proceedings. We utilize alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation whenever possible so our clients may avoid as much time, expense, and stress as possible in this most difficult of life transitions. We are effective trial advocates whenever settlement proves to be impossible.
We know confrontation during a divorce is inevitable. We also know it's our job to cut through that conflict and its associated animosity so a real solution can be found. This is not necessarily easy in the emotionally charged world of family law, but we get our clients results.
Though we strive to help our clients look for common ground, we are no stranger to the Courtroom and know our way around it well. With backgrounds in litigation, we have spent years getting to know the subtleties of successfully arguing a case.
If you are considering a divorce or custody modification, or your spouse has filed for a divorce or modification, we can help you navigate the challenges that lie ahead. With over 40 years experience handling divorce and family law, this is the firm you want on your side.
